Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the period you choose: a day, a month or a year. Nothing renews automatically. You can extend at any time, the time is added to the current period.
How do I pay?
By card. While we finish card checkout on the site, the “Buy” button may open our Telegram bot: it shows the amount and payment details and sends the key to the same chat.
When does Pro turn on?
With card checkout on the site, right after payment. Through the bot, after the transfer is checked, within a day: the bot sends a link, open it and Pro turns on by itself.
Does it work on my phone and computer?
Yes. The key is yours: open the link with the key on each of your devices, or paste the key via the “Pro” button at the top of the site.
When does the period start?
When the key is issued. A day is 24 hours, a month is 30 days, a year is 365 days.
What is the passport photo set?
One document without watermark for 24 hours: all files for that document, up to 3 downloads in case you need to retake the photo. For several documents or the whole family, Pro Photo is better value.
Are my files stored anywhere?
No. All tools run right in your browser, files are never uploaded to a server, free or Pro.
What if Pro does not turn on?
Write to the bot and we will sort it out. If we cannot fix it within 7 days, you get your money back.
