How did it turn out?
Works foreverA static code keeps the link inside itself and doesn’t depend on us. Dynamic codes don’t get switched off either, even if Pro runs out, and there are no ads before the redirect.
We check that it scansAfter every change we scan the code ourselves and warn you if the colors or logo get in the camera’s way.
Stats for businessDynamic codes show how many times they were scanned, by day, city, device and time. Elsewhere that’s only on expensive plans.

Why a review QR code works

Happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own: they'd have to open Maps, search for you, scroll to the right button. A QR code removes all of that. They point their camera and see your review form. A code at the counter, on the table, on receipts or on packaging helps you collect more ratings.

How to get your Google review link

  1. Open your Google Business Profile while signed in as the owner, either in Google Search or Maps.
  2. Find the option to ask for reviews and copy the review link it gives you.
  3. Paste the link into the Link field above.
  4. Tap the Leave a review caption and add your logo.
  5. Download PNG, SVG or PDF and print it.

The same works for any review site: Yelp, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot or an industry directory. Copy the link to your listing and paste it in.

Where to put it

  • at the counter or reception, at eye level;
  • on tables, next to your menu QR code;
  • on receipts, business cards, packaging and bags;
  • on the mirror in a salon or on a treatment room door;
  • in a follow-up email or message after an order.

One platform or several?

Point the code to one platform, the one most of your customers use. Three codes side by side confuse people, and often nobody scans any of them. If you want reviews in several places, use different codes in different spots: Google at the counter, Yelp on the receipt.

A handy option is a dynamic QR code. Print it once and switch the link between platforms whenever one has enough reviews. You also see how many scans you get by day and hour. Dynamic codes come with Pro Business from $9.99 a month.

Play by the platform's rules

Asking for reviews is fine. Offering a discount or a gift in exchange for a review is against Google's policies and can get those reviews removed. A neutral caption like Leave a review or "How did we do?" is the safe choice.

Captions that work

Keep the caption short and specific. The ready-made Leave a review works in most cases, or write your own up to 40 characters, like "Enjoyed your visit? Tell Google" or "Rate your stylist".

Free

Static codes are free with no sign-up, watermarks or limits. The code works forever and doesn't depend on our server.

FAQ

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, signed in as the owner, use the option to ask for reviews and copy the link.

Can one code point to Google and Yelp?

One code leads to one link. A dynamic code lets you switch the link whenever you want.

How much does it cost?

A static code is free. A dynamic one with stats is part of Pro Business from $9.99 a month.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

Better not: Google's policies prohibit incentivized reviews, and they may be removed.
